accomplishment of their mission.

processes designed to help them maximize their potential. COMPIO
supplemented this work with innovation retreats that expanded
their understanding of personal and team strengths.
Outcomes: Key leaders positioned themselves
for greater success by defining and communicating their most
significant strengths, and tactics for furthering them in pursuit
of the organization's goals. The president established a new
forum for discussing professional development with his leadership
team, building a culture of collaboration, innovation and
