Strategy: COMPIO, in partnership with The Fogarty Group, helped the president and his management team identify core leadership capabilities that would drive the accomplishment of their mission.
The president and top tiers of management engaged in one-on-one and team-focused coaching processes designed to help them maximize their potential. COMPIO supplemented this work with innovation retreats that expanded their understanding of personal and team strengths.
Outcomes: Key leaders positioned themselves for greater success by defining and communicating their most significant strengths, and tactics for furthering them in pursuit of the organization's goals. The president established a new forum for discussing professional development with his leadership team, building a culture of collaboration, innovation and results-orientation.
