A Notable Story
Notable is a spin-off of an idea log created as a gift for friends of COMPIO. After receiving ongoing requests for opportunities to buy additional copies, COMPIO surveyed the original recipients to learn more about how they were using it. Here's a sampling of what they told us:
How do you use it?
- To log ideas for new projects. Also love the quotations.
- To capture, catalogue and generate ideas ...something of a creative diary.
- I kept it close by me on my desk, much like a daily calendar. I love the paper texture and design, so I would open it during the day when I felt stuck or uninspired.
- To make notes about my future.
- To generate ideas (especially when in meetings).
How has using it benefited you?
- The act of writing actually helps me to crystallize my thoughts, challenge my assumptions and clarify or generate new ideas.

What do you like most about it?
